a. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service. However, if you choose to become a member and enter the Web site, you are electing to commence the Service immediately and you thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under these regulations.

b. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by us of your email notice of termination. You may contact us by emailing us using the “contact us” form. On taking out a membership payment plan you will be legally bound to keep up you payments for six (6) months, at which point you chose not to renew your membership. This will not affect your statutory rights and we advise that if you want to terminate your contract due to a fault on our part, or because you are unhappy with our service, that you contact us to enable us to view your case and when possible, established an agreement.

If we terminate your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, we will refund any pre-payments made by you, for up-coming months but not the current month. We can terminate this contract at any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.

 

d. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any and all parts of the Services provided to you, without refunding to you any fees paid if we decide in our absolute discretion that you have failed to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold UrbanConnectionsUK.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of the agreement and/or arising from breach of the agreement and /or any breach of your representation and warranties set forth above.
